What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is highly valued to us. If for
any reason you are not satisfied, simply return said merchandise after contacting us. All
merchandise must be returned in like-new condition (except for damage
caused by any manufacturer defects) with the original sales receipt
within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds may take up to 1 -
2 business days before it shows to be credited. All sales are final on any sale items. Refunds are NOT
available on any shipping charges, except for defective products in
which case you pay for return shipping cost. All purchases will be
refunded to your original purchase method. We reserve the
right to reject items for return or exchange if they are not accompanied
by a sales receipt or used. Nails and Carb Caps are not refundable/exchangeable under any circumstances.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for all orders within the Continental United States - All 50 States.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
We take 1-3 business days to process orders then Standard shipping for
orders within the continental U.S. Shipping takes about 2-5 business days depending on service. International
orders usually take about 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and
customs processing.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and
USPS Priority Mail depending on order size. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or Priority mail and marked as "gift". Please contact us prior to purchasing to caculate shipping charges.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders within the continental U.S. - All 50 States.
Do I get a tracking number?
The email you used via PayPal will automatically get sent a
tracking number after your product has been processed for mailing.
Updates on package destination is ultimately determined by USPS post
office location in other words when a package reaches certain USPS check point, it is scanned and the status is updated to USPS.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
